To access the full range of winhub services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the winhub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. - Account Currency: All winhub accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

- Accepted Payment Methods: winhub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the winhub account cashier section.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal Processing: winhub aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. - No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
- Transaction Fees: winhub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which winhub bears no responsibility.
All deposits to your winhub account are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from winhub's operational funds. Your balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
winhub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. All games available on the winhub platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all winhub games:

Zero Tolerance: winhub operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation. winhub cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.
winhub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered winhub players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winhub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winhub platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or platform downtime.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
- Interruption or cessation of the platform's services, whether temporary or permanent.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, winhub's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall winhub's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winhub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The winhub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winhub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.
winhub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without prior contact with winhub support.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, winhub will retain any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, winhub reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Players may voluntarily close their winhub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
winhub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winhub.one/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — winhub will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the winhub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winhub platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact winhub's customer support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. winhub operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, and players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
